Furniture Assembly

Expert assembly and careful placement of IKEA, Amazon, Wayfair, and other flat-pack furniture. We focus on safe freestanding solutions with proper setup and cleanup.

Best For: New furniture, move-ins, and storage upgrades.

  • Small Setups (1–2 simple items: nightstands, small shelves, chairs, small tables)

  • Medium Setups (2–4 items such as dressers, desks, bookcases, or bed frames)

  • Large / Complex Setups (wardrobes, large shelving systems, multi-piece units, or multiple rooms)

Safe Wall Mounting Add-On:

For clients who want maximum storage and a clean look, we offer professional mounting of small to medium freestanding or light wall items.

Best For: Floating shelves, small wall cabinets, coat racks, and light storage units.

Requirements:

  • Client must sign our Wall Mounting Consent & Liability Acknowledgment Form

  • We strictly follow manufacturer instructions and weight limits

  • Proper anchors and installation methods are used for the wall type

While our assembly specialist builds your new furniture, our organizer simultaneously declutters, sorts, and designs custom systems, so everything goes straight into the new storage as soon as it’s ready.

  • For larger homes, move-ins, or multiple rooms — custom quoted.

We offer transparent, flexible pricing so you can choose exactly what you need. All prices are in CAD.

  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour (4 hour minimum)

    • Reset Package – Starts at $240 (4+ hours)

    • Flow Package – Starts at $360 (6+ hours)

Furniture Assembly Services

Professional flat-pack assembly and safe freestanding setup.

  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour (1 hour minimum)

  • Wall Mounting Add-On: Available at no extra charge for qualifying small to medium-sized items (floating shelves, light cabinets, coat racks, etc.)

Includes assembly, placement, stability setup, and cleanup.

Organizing + Assembly Packages

  • 10% discount is applied to the total hours when both services are booked together.
